Pound.....there are other sets that were close like Clintwood the other night, these are sets that might as well count as losses considering the competetion they face. They are apparently struggling for some reason.

Here you go again..running your mouth..you have told us how many times you were not going to say anything until the season was over!!!! Did you ever consider that the Lady Devils travel about 1 1/2 hours on a curvey road to get to Clintwood....and I guess your girls are so perfect they never have an off night..bull! They had an off game last year..because they got beat!!!! GC played Central tonight took in 3 games...and again the team that is coming up looked very impressive tonight...that is GC JV team..they have some very good hitters and blockers on the front row. Congratulations to both Varsity and JV tonight you looked very good!!!!! Keep up the good work>>>>>>>>>>>&g t;>>

Last time I checked... you can lose two sets and still win a match. The standings don't say (12-0, but they lost a set against Pound!!!)

What's going to happen if you make it to state(????...highly doubt it, but just in case) and you travel 4 or 5 hours??? Don't go saying well look what happened in previous years. And how does a victory last year help the team this year??? You play for this season, not last season. So what, you beat Sullivan Central....w/ a 15-16 record I don't think they could have been that tough. Apparently we haven't had a bad game all year...we're 9-0. Until a loss comes our way, I'm not gonna say we've had an off night. It's hard to have a hard night when you got Woods handing out 20-plus kills a night (compared to your best players 13 a night)....along w/ an array of experienced players. I don't see a 12-0 record for the Devils...10-2 sounds better.

You can have a 15-16 record in Tennessee and still be a force to be reckoned with. Central plays a pretty tough schedule, I do believe.
The biggest problem I have with Virginia is their limit on games you can play. Most of the time when a Virginia team faces a Tennessee team, the Tennessee team has already played a bunch of games. That added experience makes a big difference.
As far as who does what the rest of the season, time will tell. Just be sure to have a bottle of ketchup around just in case you have to eat crow. [img]/LDPforum/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]
